This is that guy that I keep talking about.. yeah the one in the U.S. Navy. I guess they don’t discriminate towards recruiting arachnophobes. I suppose the saying, “if you want something done right, then you just have to do it yourself ” also applies to insect killing. As you can tell from this home video GIF, he is attempting to kill a spider with a Nike flip flop, loses track of the spider, assumes it jumped on him and so runs out of the bathroom as fast as humanly possible. To anyone who wants to know, the spider was never found and yes this video manages to resurface at every holiday occasion.
I enjoyed making this home made GIF for a couple of reasons; one, this is a very fond memory and I find myself looking back on it for whenever I need a laugh and secondly, I really enjoyed exploring Giphy and learning how to make memes from my own home videos.
